With over a decade of experience in the dental field, I am dedicated to optimizing patient care and practice efficiency.

Since September 2020, I've been the Owner & Operator of Adirondack Staffing Solutions in Glenville, NY, managing temporary dental personnel, recruitment, scheduling, insurance credentialing, billing, and online marketing. I am also a Certified and Dental Assistant, Licensed in the State of New York.
​
Previously, I was the Practice Manager & Treatment Plan Coordinator at a Dental Specialist office in Upstate NY for over ten years. I excelled in treatment coordination, insurance credentialing, HR, patient relations, and clinical assistance.
​
I began my dental career as an Orthodontic Assistant in Saugerties, NY, and simultaneously as a dental assistant with a general dentist in Woodstock, NY, providing comprehensive patient care and maintaining OSHA compliance. Upon moving to the capital region, I then became a Front Desk Receptionist and Dental Assistant at a general practice in Clifton Park, NY, where I continued my development of my clinical and administrative skills.

Outside of dentistry, I enjoy landscaping, housekeeping, and education, reflecting my diverse skill set and commitment to growth.

Born in San Diego and raised in Napa Valley, I love adventure and tranquility. After moving to New York in 2009, I enjoy hiking, paddling, fishing, skiing, gardening, and music. As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I share the transformative power of yoga with others.

Lisa is a seasoned dental office manager with over 15 years of expertise in streamlining dental practice operations and enhancing patient care. She brings a wealth of experience in payroll processing, accounts management, patient scheduling, treatment planning, insurance credentialing, and maintaining OSHA compliance. Her proficiency with many dental insurances and softwares ensures smooth and efficient practice management.

Lisa’s career began as a Dental Assistant, and she has since progressed through various roles including Office Assistant and Office Manager, where she excelled in managing personnel, handling claims processing, overseeing electronic prescription management, and conducting cost analysis and procurement of dental supplies and equipment.

Beyond her dental career, Lisa is passionate about personal training, physical fitness, and animals. As a certified Personal Trainer, she is dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle. Her love for animals is reflected in her volunteer work and personal life.

Samantha's extensive expertise in dental billing has made her an invaluable asset to the offices she has managed. Her deep understanding of insurance procedures, coding, and reimbursement processes ensures that the office's financial operations run seamlessly. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach in handling claims and payments have consistently resulted in optimized revenue cycles and minimal claim denials.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her grandkids, creating cherished memories through various activities and adventures. She also finds joy and relaxation in kayaking, exploring serene waterways, and appreciating the tranquility of nature. Her balanced approach to life, combining professional dedication with personal fulfillment, makes Samantha an inspiring figure both in and out of the dental office.
