With over a decade of experience in the dental field, I am dedicated to optimizing patient care and practice efficiency.

Since September 2020, I've been the Owner & Operator of Adirondack Staffing Solutions in Glenville, NY, managing temporary dental personnel, recruitment, scheduling, insurance credentialing, billing, and online marketing. I am also a DANB Certified Dental Assistant.
​
Previously, I was the Practice Manager & Treatment Plan Coordinator at a Dental Specialist office in Upstate NY for over ten years. I excelled in treatment coordination, insurance credentialing, HR, patient relations, and clinical assistance.
​
I began my dental career as an Orthodontic Assistant in Saugerties, NY, and simultaneously as a dental assistant with a general dentist in Woodstock, NY, providing comprehensive patient care and maintaining OSHA compliance. Upon moving to the capital region, I then became a Front Desk Receptionist and Dental Assistant at a general practice in Clifton Park, NY, where I continued my development of my clinical and administrative skills.

Outside of dentistry, I enjoy landscaping, housekeeping, and education, reflecting my diverse skill set and commitment to growth.

Born in San Diego and raised in Napa Valley, I love adventure and tranquility. After moving to New York in 2009, I enjoy hiking, paddling, fishing, skiing, gardening, and music. As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I share the transformative power of yoga with others.

Samantha is a seasoned dental office manager with over 20 years of experience in the dental industry. She has dedicated her career to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of dental practices, with a specialized focus on dental billing and claims management. Samantha's extensive expertise in dental billing has made her an invaluable asset to the offices she has managed. Her deep understanding of insurance procedures, coding, and reimbursement processes ensures that the office's financial operations run seamlessly. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach in handling claims and payments have consistently resulted in optimized revenue cycles and minimal claim denials.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her grandkids, creating cherished memories through various activities and adventures. She also finds joy and relaxation in kayaking, exploring serene waterways, and appreciating the tranquility of nature. Her balanced approach to life, combining professional dedication with personal fulfillment, makes Samantha an inspiring figure both in and out of the dental office.
Katie
Insurance Verification Specialist
Katie is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in healthcare management, specializing in human resources and scheduling coordination. Her background includes optimizing team performance and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the healthcare sector.
In addition, Katie has successfully owned and operated a small retail business for nearly a decade, highlighting her strong entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen. She plays a key role in managing both the Adirondack Staffing schedule and the client needs of Adirondack Dental Support Services, where she ensures seamless coordination and effective staffing and support solutions.
Outside of her professional work, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her three children and actively supports them in their various sports activities. She is also deeply involved in her community, volunteering on multiple youth boards and serving with the PTA. Katie’s diverse experience, leadership skills, and commitment to both her family and community make her a valuable asset to our organization.
Meagan
Insurance Verification Specialist
Meagan is our Insurance Verification Specialist and a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong healthcare background. She brings accuracy, efficiency, and a patient-focused approach to every aspect of insurance verification, helping ensure a smooth process for both providers and patients.

Outside of the office, Meagan volunteers as a cheer coach and enjoys staying busy with her two children, who are very active in sports. Her ability to balance professionalism, organization, and teamwork makes her a valued member of our team.
